Weather: dry mild breezy

Comments:
Did 2 x barnet loop, 10 min jog recovery, then 3x sprint the long way up via road instead of path, then jog down and rest to 3 mins. These were around 80secs, the last one about 5 secs quicker practicing varasala. the long loops were around 9.50 each. felt ok, started with some doms from yesterday and a bit of a hea cold, both disappeared after the first of the sprints.
