Had me a little fitness assessment today - something the new gym makes you pay for so you might as well do it. One of the tests was a 12 minute run/walk test around their indoor track (11.5 laps = 1 mile). I started out pretty ambitious, figured I haven't been running much lately and it was only two miles so what the hell, might as well burn it out right? Turns out 23 times around the track in 12 minutes is the club record (yay). Felt good, I'm really excited to get back into regular training here again soon.
