Comments:
Threshold workout. 20 min. w/up into 4 mile progressive-threshold pace. 6:18, 6:07, 6:04, 5:49. About 10-11 minute cool down. Not too bad, not sure if the treadmill is accurate, felt like I could of held on a little longer for 5:49. Tough mentally doing these workouts, particularly starting the pace, like the body goes into a quick shock. This time around instead of thinking '25 minutes at pace' it was easier to think of it mileage wise. Focused on staying relaxed with breathing and arm swings. Newton Distance S, Sugoi compression socks, iPod.
