Weather: Sunny - 30 degrees

Comments:
Ran the towpath from Blackwells Mills Bridge to Griggstown bridge. 1/2 mile warm up, 6 mile run, 1/2 mile cool down. My first complete run over 4 miles. Last mile was tough but I kept pushing through and psyching myself to keep going for 1 more mile. What a great feeling when I was done.. both physically and psychologically!
