Great Run and Perfect Weather!
Trail run from Blackwells Mills bridge to Griggstown bridge. .5 warm up, 6 mile run, .5 cooldown. Trail was a bit 'mushy' after some rain earlier in the week. Like last week, I felt great after the run both physically, and psychologically.
