Weather: Cold.

Comments:
*There are no boxes or platforms available at the Y, so I took out those lifts and added in 3 sets of 10 DB lunges, 3 sets of 40 passes on the SB using a 10lb weight, and 3 sets of 20 crunches on the SB using a 10lb weight
*3 sets of 10 squat jumps were also added
* Added 400 abs and 20 knee pulls
