I've been really frustrated lately bc I was doubting whether I could run at a decent pace. I'm probably 7ish weeks into training so I expect to be able to run something respectable. Split tempo today 2x2mile w/ 3 minutes rest in between. Goal pace was 6 minutes, and I was able to hit goal pace fairly easily. It was just really boring doing 4 miles of tempo on a treadmill. I think maybe I was just feeling slow bc it's tough to breath outside when it is cold like it is.

Not even close to back in the shape I want, but at least I can do some faster stuff.
