Weather: 58 and nice!
Comments:
Ran on the Tobacco Trail of course.
2 miles up then some stretching.
6 x 800 on the trail w/2:00-2:30 rest between including a 1:00 jog.
Ran 2:42, 2:44, 2:38, 2:38, 2:37, 2:44 (uphill)
Then just over 2 miles down (15:30)
8 total for the day.
This was my first real interval workout in forever! Was tough but pretty happy with the times considering. I have no aerobic threshold right now, but hope to change this in the next 2 months!
