Weekend run

Weather: Cool - still dark.

Comments:
Left home a bit later this am - it is the weekend after all! JDB was up repeatedly from 2:30am - I didn't get the greatest rest as a result. Run was really good! Straight up 20 minute jog, with only a 5 minute warm-up and cool-down walk. Longest continual stretch of running since before the wedding (2.5 years ago).. I now feel like I am achieving some fitness. Look better in the mirror too!! ;)
