Comments:
I didn't get back from a family party until 6, and by then the hill I was planning on using for the workout had no lights around it. Decided to try the workout on the treadmill...I tried 3 different treadmills and all of them sounded like they were about to fall apart..so I finished the last 5 repeats as 1:30 min sprints.
