After quitting running for 1 week (not counting a couple stair workouts) I just couldn't stay away. It snowed this afternoon and the air was really clear, so I had to take advantage of it and put some miles in. I've downloaded a rookie marathon training plan to start following next week as well. Even though I'm not training for an actual marathon and I'm technically not a rookie because I've done one before, I'm not in the greatest shape right now and I need a strict plan to follow day by day or I'll just wander aimlessly into the sunset of fitness.
