LR River Trail Run w/ Brent

Weather: 50ish, sunny, and slight breeze (on the way back)

Comments:
Granted it was very flat and slow and still not that long, but I felt great finally! Ran the first 6 mi with Brent. Probably could have made it 10, but I was starting to feel a little tightness in all my joints around mile 7. Might do a little more on the treadmill tonight. I might have a chance if I can drop another 10 pounds. Weigh about 190 lbs now.
