Comments:
Felt fatigued going into this, but happy with the effort given. Started middle of the pack and maintained 3rd from mile 5 and up. Ran the downhills hard and it actually helped my legs recover from the climbs. Walked a couple times when climbing, flat sections felt great. Course cut out the beginning paved loop, which is supposedly .30, but by the time the course got to the paved area, splits were 6:33, 6:22 (.90 distance) and feeling strong for flat terrain. Grateful for the run and all the great folks I got to meet afterwards. Also thanks to Ben for pointing me to the right direction at mile 10! New Balance MT101
