Comments:
good workout in gym at night. hips+stretching+PT for 40 minutes, elliptical pretty hard (hr went from 160-170 to 200+ for last ten minutes) for an hour, and running for 2 mintues on treadmill. brought the pace to the 5:30s for a bit to test out my shin, it still hurts on impact, but less than before. i've gotta make sure to do plyos after i recover to prevent future impact injuries.
