Marathon Training: Day 1

Started the marathon training plan that I downloaded today. Week one starts out at around 23 miles, and it should build me up to 45-50 over the next 16 weeks. It snowed again today so the air was nice and fresh. I took it slow though cause I'm out of shape and sore from skiing yesterday (hua xue). Time to resurrect the monster.
