Left home this morning and didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. Started out with a wood bridge warmup, then stretching and drills in jadwin. The workout today was pretty tough. I don't know why but my legs are feeling pretty tired even after taking yesterday so easy. The workout still went very well though. We did 6 800s at a tough faster than 5k pace with a 200 jog as recovery. All of mine were in 2:12-2:13. One was in 2:11 while one was also on the slower side in 2:14. I didn't feel great during the workout but I gutted through it and I didn't really go to the well at all during the workout. I think I got exactly what Dolan wanted us to get from this workout - a solid pace specific effort. Finished by cooling down with a woodbridge.
