Comments:
finally, a run. didn't feel too much pain after, but instead of ellipticalling some more after this, decided to head back home early and ice twice for 15 min each time. im a bit worried that my resting heart rate is way too high right now (which doesn't always mean much), but i'll try to focus on slowly rehabbing back to full strength.
