Weather: dark, cold, the usual

Comments:
I really wanted to run more than 3 miles this morning, but my training plan has 2-3 for the day and I reminded myself that I'm not in shape like I once was. I go and bust out miles like some kind of crazy person every day and then I wonder why I'm always injured. Not this time; I'm going to take it slow and build up graaaaadually. And by gradually I mean over the next 4 months, not the next two weeks. I'm going to do it right this time.
