Comments:
Steady state run, about 40 minutes at 7:03-7:08 pace. Some late twitching in the right achilles, able to adjust stride to ease it. Still sore from the weekend. Likely to skip the track workout tomorrow for something easy. We'll see what happens. Newton Distance S
