Comments:
Knackered already, and then 7 miles of slogging around Haringey, half of it carrying two reams of paper. Nice. Feels good now I've stopped, and I think / hope it might have helped with the achilles. I calculate this to be about 800 calories worth, which I will definitely look forward to replenishing, as I am hungry as anything.
