3-2-1-3-2-1-3-2-1 Fartlek, equal jogging recovery
I decided to run almost the same fartlek workout as last week again today, though in a slightly different order. My stomach was again bothering me today too. I came up about 40 meters shorter this week than last week on the hard segments but it felt way easier than that and the footing was slightly suspect on parts of my route. I would call this a medium effort day. I haven't done anything truly hard since I came home.
