Reading the serpentine website, saw that Frank Horwill has died. I have been reading his articles and trying to follow his suggestions for years, and always sort of hoped to be good enough to train with his group. spent a lot of the afternoon then downloading his articles so that i will have access to them in case hey are removed from the website and reading them over. Decided to try to follow his suggestions about tapering a bit leading up to the nationals. Ive never really tapered succesfuly before, so hope it works.
