felt pretty lazy this morning. The weather was great-- mid 50s, cloudless and sunny, so I headed out around 1pm. went over to henderson park, pretty much a standard 8miler with an add-on loop for 9. early on, my stomach didn't feel great, but it went away. got faster over the course as usual, and pushed the last mile. i came to the conclusion that my estimate of the mile to the park is 10-15 seconds off, but most finishing miles have been at a significantly faster pace. last one today was about 6:11 adjusted.
