I ran with Sara, Daisy, and Becca out to the 1.5 mile marker and Sara the full 4 miles. It was a good run, my right foot still hurts a bit. I felt pretty good tho.

-Knee Falls, bent leg raises, and lateral leg raises
-Body squats/jump squats
