20 minute w/up. 25 min. progressive LT run, pace range 6:03-6:11. Last 1.3 miles at 5:56/mile. 10 min. cool down. Last 10 minutes of the LT portion were challenging. Focused on breathing and arm swings, honed in mentally by reminding myself that these workouts help make a difference. Stretching and mild core work afterwards. Newton Distance S
