Holly Hill Workout

Beautiful day outside. I need to start doing more of the little things because my legs were hurting on my 5 mile warm-up run. I had to pick two nice hills to do these repeats on, one longer hill that was less steep and one shorter one that was more steep. I ran from my house after stretching and warming up to the golf course and picked out a longer hill, but was afraid that green maintenance was gonna yell at me so I retreated to my steep hill, and did 8 repeats on there. After the 8th rep I ran through the Greens and back to Hanna's street, and did that hill to finish out my workout. This was tough, but I didn't mind because I know that it makes me better. Felt kinda sore on my 2 mile cooldown after this. I may do a shakeout later today.
