Coach just had us do a 3 mile PTR today, so I decided I wanted to try to break 16 minute 5k pace. I was stupid though and did my tempo on the last 3 miles of watertower loop, so all three were into the wind and number two was hilly. Anyhow I went 5:22 5:09 5:01 for 15:33. Pretty good workout but nothing spectacular.
