BW meet...got my shoe flat tired in the mile, stopped to put it back on, jogged in to finish at 4:52...I am P-I-S-S-E-D

Indoor 800 PR of 2:06.16...probably could've ran it better if I didn't lose focus in the last lap
With that being said:
New goal-->Focus in the last lap during next weeks repeats, I will make the last lap the best, so I can finish better at conference

Strength is key as well (I NEED to do lunges for leg strength, dips and lateral DB raises for arm strength) I can't do much in the last couple weeks of indoor with this, but every bit helps, and outdoor is right around the corner
