Comments:
4 x 8, 2nd leg. was a little nervous but not terribly, they made us stand still for a while. felt good during the race, didnt feel like I was working especially hard -- pleasantly surprised to hear a split of 2:07 low (terrible handoff to Anant, so probably could have been 2:06 mid-high). hopefully that bodes well for (dare I say it) breaking 2. ended up running a mid 9 minute time because poor Boardman ran an extra lap, but would have been 8:53, which is pretty good.
