I woke up this morning with black noseblows and a seriously irritated throat, plus a little burning in my chest. Mostly I think it's due to the large amount of cigarette smoke at the club last night, but the smog outside doesn't help either. Visibility was poor today so I opted for an indoor stair workout, although in retrospect I don't think the air indoors is any better. They leave the doors to the main buildings open all day and the stairs I ran in building 1 are littered with spent cigarettes. What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger, right?
