Weather: Chilly but still running shorts weather
Comments:
Had a nice slightly quick run. After the yoga and my day off I felt like I had decent turnover in my legs. It felt comfortable although at times the breathing started getting heavy. Saw people so of course I needed to go faster. It seemed a bit quicker but I slowed down at a couple parts. Occasionally I felt some impac but it was a lot smoother than last week. At one point a tiny bit of pain in my hip
