Comments:
Still felt tired and stiff in the morning. Took the train to the race, with about a mile or two of walking. Didn't feel good at any point, except on the last lap, I felt I was able to push a little bit, and then to sprint at the end. Finished with George Stewart again, same as the London Champs, so not too bad, but I am disappointed, I thought I could do more. Need to get my weight under control.
