Comments:
Only did about a 10 minute warm up on the indoor track which I think made this workout tough. I never felt like I was into the workout and felt like I wasn't loose. 3x1200, 600 with 30 seconds rest. 3:44, 3:39, 3:42, 1:44. This was hard, but shouldn't have been as hard as it was. Did 20 minutes outside with Kaleb and Davis.
