3 up, 25 minute tempo, 4x60 sec 3k effort(jog back), 3 down

Felt very good. Pretty windy, but managed to hit 5:30, 5:30, and 5:38 for first 3 miles at least. Didn't get splits from there, but held pace. 60 sec. efforts felt great.
