LT run. 2 mile w/up. 5 miles LT (6:11, 6:11, 6:11, 6:07, 6:03). 2 mile cool down. Another tough one mentally. Ipod kept me company. Glad to get through it. Brooks Green Silence, Sugoi compression socks.
