Weather: 30, calm clear
Comments:
Did warm up mile inside, felt alittle sluggish and tight. Headed out with gloves and hat to try fast mile, haven't run fast since last serious race in Duxbury 10/11. Not sure how pace was working out but at half mile 3:40 which was good. Starting to fatigue with about 200m to go but kept pace up, seemed like mile beep took forever! So psyched to see time of 7:31!!!! Killed myself to do it but damn glad I haven't slowed down too much. Walked for a bit before slow mile jog home, calves very tight so only able to shuffle but happy with effort.
