Comments:
Swam with Marty & Lowell. After warmup, 12X 100 pull on 1:45. All within 1:26-1:28, leading. Pull 500 working on quick catch, rotation, and follow through on stroke. Out early. Hot tub calling. Getting my breath control back, week 8 back swimming.
