Comments:
Nothing to crazy, was just trying to stay under 2:40 and get used to running harder again. Ran in my new streaks which kind of slipped around on the turns because the Babson track had not been cleaned in a while. 400, 200's were flys at end. took 3 min in between 800's, 2 min after 800's, and then 90 sec in between the flys.
