Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Solid first open race of the season. Glad to see that my fitness is more there to support my instinct during races. coming through the 800 in 2:06 and closing in 30 is a pretty big difference from running a 2:05 800 and being completely dead afterwards (navy). I think, had this been later in the season, I could have turned to one more gear and won the heat with 150 to go. Looking forward to running even faster soon.
