10 miles Davis Shores/State Park/Beach

Comments:
It was chilly, but it got hot by the time I was a few miles into my run. I definitely overdressed. Ran Davis Shores, State Park trails, and on the beach for 10 miles total. I felt good - I'm getting back in shape.. first few miles under 7:30 pace, but trails and beach slowed pace down a bit. Also, this past month my jaw has been hurting (popping, clicking, locking and overall it seems to be out of align), so that was making my neck and shoulder hurt a bit, so I stopped and stretched. Hopefully it gets better with yoga, stretching and strengthening and it is nothing serious bc it has been kind of annoying this past month.
