Weather: Warmer but windy
Comments:
Got really down during this workout. A bit windy out there. 5 x mile at 5:50. I never hit 5:50. 5:53, 5:55, 5:58, 6:04, 5:52. The last one I did not look at the time until it was over. Maybe that is the trick. I just worked it and had no clue what the time was. I am just frustrated that I am still running so slowly. Had a good talk with Tom afterwards. I have a lot to work on. I want to do this workout again, because it is obviously one the tests me mentally and I did not get a good score on the first test.
