goal pace was 5:38. went 5:37-5:31-5:30, then fell off 6:04-5:57-6:09. tried to pick it up last mile but cramped/side stitch in right side. legs/feet felt fine for the most part. ok workout, not a good race. need more and longer tempo and a weekly long run.
