Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Easy pre-dawn start with Arnel. Plan was for 8, but time goes by easily with company, thus the additional 2 miles. This run put me at a tad over 80 running miles for the week, my highest ever. The plan was to peak mileage next week, but not sure if I want to go any higher. Overall feeling some residual soreness, but well enough to continue the workouts. Newton Momentus.
