Weather: 28 and cold!
Comments:
Stated at Wimberly Rd trailhead and ran north 4 miles and back. Cold out and only around 28! Not bad after 3-4 miles. Groin and hips hurt bad in cold.
Headed to University of North Carolina to help with track meet afterwards.
