Weather: Not quite as cold, clear and dry
Comments:
Nice afternoon, pretty cold but no big problems. I was a bit worried about the race because of my diet problems, and it was about how I expected. The race itself was a slightly lower standard than the previous ones, and I was never out of the top 60, I was pretty steady all the way round, and only lost a couple of places in the last couple of miles. Nothing too bad or too good really. I am still disappointed, but I know what I need to do - eat less and keep training roughly the same.
