Comments:
Chilly air today. Started at Nordvik Park into Coyote. Chochenyo towards Nike Trail, up Red Hill wrapping Bayview and back up Red Hill. Ended up doing Chochenyo in reverse back to Nordvik to get to 8 miles, but ended up being more. Easy going throughout, descents exacerbated the lingering soreness. Its supposed to rain this week, hopefully can get the key workouts in plus volume. Brooks Cadence, Sugoi compression.
