Weather: clearing, mild

Comments:
trying to run out everything i'm feeling, all the stress. i have to make time for it, as i feel a lot calmer now. beating myself up bc everything is so chaotic, it's hard to find time to run, or do anything except be paralyzed at home. but physically, i felt fine, and i think i can get up to more distance quite quickly.
