I've been meaning to use this for weeks, seeing as its the first day of the semester, I'm forcing myself to begin using this again.

Did 20 minutes of aquajogging. 5 minute warmup, 6 one minute pickups/ one minute rests, and a 5 minute cool down. Exhausted, but this is probably from school starting again.
