Comments:
Today's Track Workout with the 3k group:
1000 meter repeats at I pace with 2:30min rest in between
ran all of them around 3:08 (3:10 goal pace).

after that did some steeple drills with Budman.
I need to strengthen my hips and core if i wanna be serious about steeple- I think it will be my best shot to score at outdoor conferences.

then cooldown back to the AC- did hips

I ate a little too much before today's workout but other than my stomach, i felt good about it.
