Comments:
run. with chrisk, corey, tim, and mitchell. through the shaker heights area. different than the usual north park run, so it was nice. the weather wasn't bad-- toward the end of the run the temperature dropped and the wind picked up, but only for a few miles. 6x100m striders after.
